Vintage

I am continually being asked how this all came about, so I thought I would write a note about it. Who knew that Shreveport would be a mecca for hollywood films and TV series? A couple of months ago, a friend emailed me here on FB about an opportunity through Glorioso Casting here in Shreveport to be a stand-in for Nicole Kidman. I thought it was a long shot, but I sent in my pic and profile with contact info on it. I didn't know if I would make it, but I knew I definitely wouldn't if I never applied. I left it in God's hands, and I literally forgot about it! Yesterday AM, they emailed me with the opportunity. When I didn't respond, they actually called me about it, in an effort to track me down! I never saw the email that AM--so it was totally a God thing that they kept trying to reach me. I checked with Nathan first, to which he emphatically said yes to it, and so I accepted the job. I remember being teased for being so fair and red headed once upon a time. It would seem I have the last laugh here with it being the very thing that got me the job!
